Welcome to the BULSCABULSCA, the British Universities Life Saving Clubs Association was formed to oversee competitive lifesaving between university clubs, and to help develop the sport of lifesaving as a whole. Key to the role of BULSCA is to be the liaison between the lifesaving bodies in Britain (e.g. RLSS - Royal Life Saving Society) and the clubs, and to support and develop both new and existing university lifesaving clubs.
