Swim and dive under submerged obstacle gates. These are submerged into the water so you must dive 70cm under them.

4 x 50m Obstacle Relay:Each competitor sprints 50m freestyle passing under two gates at 12.5m and 37.5m.
200m Obstacle: From a dive start, competitor enters the water and sprints 200m freestyle. Simulating diving under waves while swimming out to a casualty in the surf, two submerged gates 60cm deep must be swum under each length (8 in total) situated 12.5m from the end of the pool. OR 2 a length if it is long course.
