Training Day 2009

The British University Life Saving Clubs' Association, Swimming Solutions, and the British Finswimming Association are pleased to present the ‘Lifesaving Training Day 2009’. The day will consist of three, one hour lecturers and two one hour pool sessions focusing on fundamentals of speed lifesaving events.

The events focused on during the day are the fin based events in lifesaving and training principles behind speed lifesaving.

The day is presented by George Hopkinson (Double British Life Saving Record Holder and World Life Saving Medalist), Alaric Smith (British Finswimming Coach and Commonwealth Finswimming Record Holder) and David ‘Blondie’ Fielding (BULSCA League Winner and World Life Saving SERC Silver Medalist).

We are limited to 30 places so please book early to avoid disappointment.

DVD’s containing some of the weekends videos will cost £15.
