AGM 2009The date, time and location for this is: Date: Sunday 3rd May Time: 9:30 am Location: Loughborough University Items for the Agenda must be received at least 10 days before the AGM. Otherwise they will not be accepted. Please do not simply wait and raise items for discussion in A.O.B. (in London over a 1/3 of the meeting was actually discussing items from A.O.B.). Items that refer to changes to BULSCA documents will be required to be distributed to BULSCA by Friday 27th March (this is so that all clubs/members can have plenty of time to read through the documents and acquire their clubs’ general consensus by the time of the AGM).
