Dominic has been involved in Lifesaving since 2000 when I first became an RLSS lifeguard working at his local pool, when he arrived at University in Southampton he had already heard great things of University Lifesaving from a friend of his so choose to get involved. He competed regularly until 2006-7 season where he got lazy and spent more time out of the pool than in... Most of this time was however dedicated to helping the running of SULSC where he was on the committee for 3 years. He then took a year out to concentrate on the beginning of his doctorate. Having got thoroughly bored by Christmas he took on the role of BULSCA Sport Development in March 2008. He was happy to be elected as BULSCA Chair at the BULSCA AGM 2008, and look forward to a successful year in the post. |
