Pending Documents

CHAMPIONSHIPS – 21ST / 22ND MARCH 2009

Club Captains/ Chairs: Further to conversations at the BULSCA meeting 08/11/08 please find the following two documents,

1. Championships_rules_pending approval: This document has been discussed repeatedly since July 2008 with the rest of the BULSCA committee.  This document is to ensure all the additional rules for the Championships can be found in a single document, and formally agreed.  It was felt some issues were not accurately covered in previous documents with regards to using reserves, mixed squads etc and this document now aims to clarify these. 
2. Championships_forms_pending approval: This document has been similarly formed and discussed with the BULSCA committee to ensure that it is straightforward and simple to enter teams, individuals, helpers and judges, as well as including any additional form.  Although you find this in a PDF, it will be possible for you to download and return electronically to me as a whole pack, or download the individual forms from the website.

Comments for the Rules and Entry Pack must be received by Thursday 13th November so it can be published and sent out to you before the first deadline in December!!
