100m Manikin tow with fins:use of the rescue tube is tested alongside fins.  The competitor enters from a dive start, sprinting 50 metres to a half full manikin (4 ¼ stone) whilst carrying a rescue tube over his/her shoulder.  On reaching the manikin it must be securely clipped underneath the shoulders before being towed back 50 metres.  A race can be won and lost on the clipping the rescue tube around the manikin.
