AGM 2010The date, time and location for this is: Date: Sunday 1st May Time: 10:30 am Location: Room JJ018, Ann Packer Building, Loughborough University Items for the Agenda must be received at least 10 days before the AGM. Otherwise they may not be accepted. Please do not simply wait and raise items for discussion in A.O.B. (Raising them AOB can make the meeting very long.). Items that refer to changes to BULSCA documents will be required to be distributed to BULSCA by Tuesday 27th April (this is so that all clubs/members can have plenty of time to read through the documents and acquire their clubs’ general consensus by the time of the AGM).
